General Conditions

  • Your email address cannot be changed once entered.
  • The reporting feature allows you to export an Excel/Numbers compatible csv file of closed and active tasks. This is the only method for downloading your data.
  • The makers of this program cannot be held liable for lost time or money due to data loss, program bugs or system downtime.
  • The tips and advice given by in-program gurus are generally agreed-upon success principles. Use at your own discretion.

Free Accounts

  • The free account option may only be offered for a limited time.
  • Free accounts may be limited to the number of tasks, goals and habits that can be entered.
  • Free accounts may not have access to all program features.
  • Free accounts with no activity for 30+ days may be removed from the system. Removed data may not be recoverable.
  • There are no options for deleting a free account other than letting it expire and be deleted.

Paid Memberships

  • If your paid membership expires, your data will be retained for a short grace period, then deleted from the system. Deleted data may not be recoverable.
  • If your paid membership contains a free Deluxe membership to StartYourDiet.com, that free Deluxe membership will be active as long as your paid membership here is active.

Privacy Policy

  • This site uses cookies only for the purpose a verifying your login status. We do not track your behavior within the program nor from other sites.
  • Please do not post any information that you consider private or sensitive. While we do not share any of your data, it's always better to err on the side of caution.
  • Your information, including your email address, is not sold to nor shared with any other company.
